Responsibilities
* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology solutions, including kiosks, digital menu boards (DMBs), and in-house restaurant technology
* Maintain trackers for project progress and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders
* Ensure all technology deployments adhere to RBI's security standards and data privacy regulations
* Create and deliver comprehensive hand-off documentation for each deployment project to the support team to enable effective Day 2 support and minimize operational disruptions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, franchisees, and field support teams
* Act as a liaison to coordinate franchisee technology needs, including communication, training, and issue resolution
* Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate equipment delivery and support
* Assist in the development of a technology innovation pipeline by evaluating new tools and enhancements to improve operational efficiency and customer experiences
* Track and analyze support-related trends to identify and address common issues
* Leverage analytics to monitor project performance and ensure alignment with KPIs
* Identify potential risks in technology rollouts and create mitigation plans to minimize operational disruptions
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields preferred
* 3+ years of experience in restaurant operations, technology deployment, or project management, preferably in QSR, retail, or hospitality industries
* Sense of urgency is a key requirement
* Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday
* Strong understanding of restaurant systems, including POS platforms, labor scheduling tools, and back-of-house software
* Working knowledge of current and emerging technologies in the QSR industry
* Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and franchisees
* Detail-oriented and hands-on, with a commitment to delivering results
