JD:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in product-focused environments and familiarity with technical development processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to aviation or airline operations and will be comfortable working in dynamic, Agile-driven teams. Candidates with prior airline industry experience and willingness to work onsite at one of the listed locations will receive strong consideration.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross functional teams to define business requirements, product enhancements, and process improvements.
• Support end-to-end project execution across SDLC using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable specifications.
• Contribute to strategic planning, roadmap refinement, and stakeholder communication.
• Assist in project management activities including tracking progress, risk identification, and reporting.
• Facilitate documentation, requirement gathering sessions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in Product and Business Analysis

• Deep understanding of SDLC

• Experience with project management principles and tools.
• Aviation or airline industry experience
