KPMG is currently seeking a Manager SAP Consulting (Enterprise Asset Management) in our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the execution of complex SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) project life cycles. Support the primary EAM Solution Architect, helping to successfully integrate EAM solutions into broader SAP S/4

HANA enterprise transformations while ensuring high-quality delivery that aligns with client objectives.

* Support practice growth by participating in the development of compelling proposals, project scopes and budget estimates, and participating in EAM-focused pre-sales activities. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and SAP alliance partners.

* Lead, guide, and mentor cross-functional project teams comprised of both KPMG practitioners and client staff. Act as a dedicated Performance Manager for junior staff (Associates and Senior Associates), providing actionable feedback, coaching, and supporting their long-term career development.

* Support Partners and Managing Directors with practice administration, including proactive resource management, capacity planning, and making strategic people management decisions to ensure the successful staffing and execution of EAM engagements.

* Contribute to KPMG's industry presence by endorsing and supporting best practices within the EAM domain, positioning the firm as a thought leader in the SAP ecosystem.

* Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of six years of recent hands-on experience delivering SAP advisory services, with a deep specialization in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) transformations; prior experience in a consulting environment is strongly preferred.

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required; master's degree or relevant industry certification is a plus.

* Specific industry experience within the energy and utilities sectors. Proven success managing SAP S/4

HANA EAM implementations (greenfield and/or migrations), capitalizing on modern features/functions, and integrating EAM with broader ERP modules.

* Demonstrated ability to facilitate design workshops, manage cross-functional work streams and stakeholders, and effectively apply SAP Activate methodology to drive successful project outcomes.

* Experience contributing to EAM-focused pre-sales activities, proposal development, and nurturing relationships with senior-level client stakeholders.

* Exceptional executive-level communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical EAM concepts into clear, actionable business value for clients.

* Willingness and ability to travel as needed
