Fleet Support Analyst

Join our team as a Fleet Support Analyst where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational uptime of our fleet. You will be responsible for live troubleshooting of hardware/software-related issues, interfacing with operators, and capturing troubleshooting details to enhance our fleet support operations.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, ideally within the automotive or transportation industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Experience with electric vehicle technology.
• Experience with remotely supporting vehicle troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle hardware.
• Experience with Linux & Python-based programming systems for fleet-level data processing.
• Experience with software that interfaces with hardware.

• Act as the point of contact for real-time escalation of fleet issues.
• Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting by leveraging knowledge of autonomous vehicle systems, robotics, and software.
• Escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely intervention by higher-level teams.
• Document issue resolution processes and capture detailed records of troubleshooting steps, findings, and solutions.
• Analyze historical data to identify trends and proactively implement preventive measures.
• Communicate effectively and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Support on-call rotation with the possibility of days, swing, and mid-shift.
