You Are:

As the Client Partner you will act as a dynamic and purposeful professional to a portfolio of UST's strategic Cruise line vertical. This hybrid role combines client relationship management, business development, and delivery oversight of IT projects. You have experience as a trusted advisor to clients, driving growth while ensuring successful execution of technology initiatives.

The Opportunity:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Own P&L, revenue targets and account growth for Cruise portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the account, including upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions.
  • Develop account growth strategies aligned with client priorities and UST's capabilities.
  • Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and strategic planning efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and client needs to proactively recommend innovative solutions.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing timely resolution and escalation as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with client governance, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across delivery teams
What You Need:
  • At least 12 years combined experience business development of portfolio revenue growth and technical or delivery roles with at least 3 years within the Cruise vertical.
  • Proven success of experience in client relationship management and business development experience for an IT Consulting/Services experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Ability to manage large-scale, complex engagements across multiple work streams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving account growth and client satisfaction.
  • Experience with digital transformation and working with offshore teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
Bonus Points if:
  • Master's degree or MBA
  • Cloud, AI/ML, and managed services is a plus
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Miami, FL

Compensation: $150,000-$225,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
