DescriptionCole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute the firm’s digital marketing strategy from our Miami office. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a strong background in professional services marketing, preferably within a law firm environment, and extensive experience with Enterprise Hub Spot for Marketers CRM implementation and optimization.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving lead generation, enhancing client engagement, overseeing marketing technology, and managing digital campaigns that support business growth, attorney visibility, and firm branding. This is a fully on‑site position based in Miami, Florida.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Enterprise Hub Spot for Marketers CRM, including workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, web, SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing channels.
- Manage the firm’s website strategy, including content updates, SEO performance, analytics, and user experience enhancements.
- Build and maintain marketing automation campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, lead generation metrics, and ROI.
- Collaborate with attorneys, practice groups, and firm leadership to support business development and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and client communication strategies.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, designers, and marketing partners as needed.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms, communications, and marketing materials.
- Stay current on legal marketing trends, Hub Spot best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience in a professional services environment, preferably within a law firm.
- Proven hands‑on experience with Hub Spot CRM implementation, administration, and optimization is required.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media strategy.
- Experience creating and managing marketing automation workflows and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced professional environment.
- Experience supporting legal marketing initiatives, attorney bios, practice group campaigns, and client development efforts is highly preferred.
