AI Solutions Manager (AI Agents / Customer-Facing)

$100,000 – $120,000 + Equity + Relocation Support + PTO + Medical + Progression to manager

Miami, FL – 5 days a week, in-office

Are you building AI agents with tools like Open Claw, Lang Chain, Claude, or Cursor and ready to combine that passion with an enterprise customer-facing role where you own end-to-end AI Agent delivery?

Our client is fast becoming the go-to agentic AI company in the space, defining what s possible in taking agentic AI into the enterprise mainstream. Scaling rapidly across multiple industries and based in sunny Miami, they are now looking for deeply passionate individuals to join their mission.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end AI voice agent delivery for enterprise clients, partnering with key stakeholders to design and build agents that replicate and optimise their inbound and outbound calling processes, while continuously refining prompts, deploying updates, and presenting performance insights to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Design and build AI agents that replicate and optimise the client s calling process.
  • Continuously manage and improve agent performance by listening to call outputs and adjusting prompts, as well as deploying updates.
  • Monitor data and analytics and present results and key metrics directly to the client.
  • Work with clients operating in call center or sales-driven environments.
  • Understand client outreach processes, call flows, and objectives in order to tailor AI solutions.
Qualifications
  • Skilled at building & deploy AI agents using tools like Open Claw, Lang Chain, Claude & Cursor.
  • Strong communication and presenting skills.
  • Ideally from a Consultancy, Customer Success, or Account Management background.
  • Looking to combine Technical AI work with enterprise customer facing.
  • Looking to be at the leading edge of Agentic AI with a fast-growing company and strong team.
  • Happy to work fully onsite in Miami.
