Blockchain Developer – CZR Exchange (U.S.)

We are hiring Blockchain Developers to join our U.S. team and help architect and build the core infrastructure powering CZR Exchange. This is a rare opportunity to work on:

• Exchange architecture
• Custody systems
• Smart contracts
• On-chain/off-chain integrations
• High-performance trading infrastructure

You will be building mission-critical systems from the ground up in a fast-moving, well-funded environment.

• Design and build blockchain-based systems and infrastructure
• Develop and deploy smart contracts (EVM and/or other ecosystems)
• Integrate on-chain functionality with backend trading systems
• Build secure wallet, custody, and transaction pipelines

• Work on high-performance order matching and execution systems
• Integrate blockchain nodes and RPC infrastructure
• Optimize latency, throughput, and system reliability

• Implement best practices in smart contract and wallet security
• Collaborate with compliance teams to align with U.S. regulatory frameworks
• Ensure systems meet institutional-grade standards

• Work closely with product, risk, and compliance teams
• Contribute to system architecture and technical strategy
• Help build and scale CZR’s in-house engineering team

• 3+ years of blockchain development experience
• Strong proficiency in one or more:
  Solidity / Rust / Go / Python / Type Script
• Experience working with:
  Ethereum / EVM-compatible chains
• Smart contracts and Web3 integrations
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals: consensus mechanisms, cryptography, wallets and transactions

• Experience building exchange or trading systems
• Familiarity with custody solutions and key management (MPC, HSMs)
• Experience with high-frequency or low-latency systems
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
