Responsibilities
- Design integrated media strategies across digital and traditional channels, translating business objectives into effective communication plans.
- Develop integrated media plans across digital (search, social, programmatic, video) and offline (TV, radio, OOH, print).
- Define channel roles within the full funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion).
- Build audience strategies based on data, insights, and business objectives.
- Allocate and optimize budgets across channels to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Translate client business goals into measurable media KPIs and frameworks.
- Collaborate with activation teams to ensure plans are executed as designed.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure consistency and governance across markets in regional or global accounts.
- Lead planning presentations and articulate rationale behind media decisions.
- Identify innovation opportunities (new formats, channels, test & learn frameworks).
- Cross-channel media planning (Digital + Offline integration).
- Audience segmentation and targeting strategy.
- Budget allocation and optimization modeling.
- Strong understanding of media KPIs (reach, frequency, CPM, CPA, ROI).
- Strategic thinking beyond execution.
- Knowledge of planning tools (e.g., Nielsen, Comscore, DV360).
- Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Understanding of media buying principles (not execution-focused but informed).
- Stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptability to multi-market / regional structures.
- Strong understanding of media KPIs (reach, frequency, CPM, CPA, ROI).
- Strategic thinking beyond execution.
- Knowledge of planning tools (e.g., Nielsen, Comscore, DV360).
- Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Understanding of media buying principles (not execution-focused but informed).
- Stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
