Responsibilities

  • Design integrated media strategies across digital and traditional channels, translating business objectives into effective communication plans.
  • Develop integrated media plans across digital (search, social, programmatic, video) and offline (TV, radio, OOH, print).
  • Define channel roles within the full funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion).
  • Build audience strategies based on data, insights, and business objectives.
  • Allocate and optimize budgets across channels to maximize performance and efficiency.
  • Translate client business goals into measurable media KPIs and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with activation teams to ensure plans are executed as designed.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure consistency and governance across markets in regional or global accounts.
  • Lead planning presentations and articulate rationale behind media decisions.
  • Identify innovation opportunities (new formats, channels, test & learn frameworks).
  • Cross-channel media planning (Digital + Offline integration).
  • Audience segmentation and targeting strategy.
  • Budget allocation and optimization modeling.
  • Strong understanding of media KPIs (reach, frequency, CPM, CPA, ROI).
  • Strategic thinking beyond execution.
  • Knowledge of planning tools (e.g., Nielsen, Comscore, DV360).
  • Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Understanding of media buying principles (not execution-focused but informed).
  • Stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability to multi-market / regional structures.
Qualifications
