Service Assurance Agent

Overview

Focuses on root cause analysis to improve service, provides feedback to management, offers solutions and actions to solve operational problems. Promotes and supports the service assurance network and quality improvement process in all facets of the operations. Provides inventory tracking, deployment, maintenance support for devices, equipment and software. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Promote and support the service assurance network and quality improvement process across operations.
• Perform inventory tracking, deployment, and maintenance support for devices, equipment, and software.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma/GED
• Eighteen (18) months Fed Ex experience
• Ability to complete all basic and currency training
• Knowledge of Fed Ex operations features of service
• Knowledge of mainframe and web-based applications (Cosmos, GNSL, FAMIS, IMS, TSO, CMS, etc.)
• Proficiency with PC applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and graphics

Full-time AM Monday-Friday

The desired location for this position would be Doral, FL. Employees will be required to work at the Fed Ex location five days a week.
