** JOB SUMMARY
** Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, functionality, and performance of casino slot machines, table systems, cage equipment, and arcade/amusement devices across all ships and brands. This role ensures maximum equipment uptime to support revenue generation, manages the sourcing and procurement of amusement equipment and prizes, and partners with shipboard and shoreside teams to deliver best-in-class technical operations. The position plays a key role in new build and dry dock projects related to casino slot operations and arcade installations.
** POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Ensure all onboard slot, table, cage, and arcade equipment remains fully operational by coordinating spare parts procurement and maintenance support with ships and Purchasing.
* Provide technical support and guidance to Fleet Slots Technical Managers and onboard Slot Managers, including troubleshooting and vendor coordination for issue resolution.
* Coordinate and oversee the installation, relocation, and upgrade of slot and arcade equipment across the fleet, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
* Manage the selection, procurement, and inventory of arcade prizes, ensuring appropriate stock levels and timely delivery to vessels.
* Monitor adherence to departmental policies and procedures; recommend and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and compliance.
* Engage with onboard leadership and teams to review operational performance, identify technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
* Analyze slot and amusement performance data and provide recommendations to optimize machine uptime and revenue generation.
* Ensure all slot and arcade equipment complies with internal control procedures, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
** QUALIFICATIONS
* *** DEGREE TYPE:
** Bachelor's Degree
** FIELD(S) OF STUDY:
** Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
** EXPERIENCE
* ** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant technical experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in slot operations or casino technical operations at a management or supervisory level.
* Hands-on experience with slot machine maintenance, diagnostics, and repair in a casino or cruise environment preferred.
** COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
*** Strong technical expertise in slot machine systems, diagnostics, and repair, including understanding of slot mathematics.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Effective problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure operational environments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables; familiarity with CAD preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across shipboard and shoreside teams.
* Vendor management and coordination skills, including ability to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently.
