Engagement Manager – AI & Manufacturing Consulting. Join a fast-growing consulting and AI-driven organization helping leading manufacturing and industrial companies solve complex business challenges through analytics, digital transformation, and emerging technologies. We are looking for a relationship-driven and commercially strong Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow enterprise client partnerships across manufacturing and industrial sectors. This is a highly visible, client-facing role focused on strategic growth, consultative selling, and long-term partnership development.

- Build and grow strategic relationships with enterprise manufacturing and industrial clients
- Drive account growth and identify new business opportunities
- Partner with consulting and delivery teams to position AI, analytics, and digital transformation solutions
- Understand client priorities and translate business challenges into strategic solutions
- Lead executive discussions, workshops, and client presentations
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams to ensure successful client outcomes
- Manage long-term partnerships focused on value creation and business impact
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development
- Experience working with Manufacturing or Industrial sector clients
- Background selling AI, Analytics, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting solutions
- Strong executive communication and relationship management skills
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Experience managing complex enterprise engagements preferred

On-site role based in:
- Minneapolis, MN
- Miami, FL
Travel required approximately 3–4 days per week to client locations.
