Man Tech is seeking a motivated IT Service Desk Queue Manager to join our team in Doral, FL. This role involves managing ITSM incidents and requests, ensuring efficient processes for incident handling.
The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of IT Operations experience and familiarity with ITSM tools such as Remedy or Service Now. A BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience is required, along with a Secret security clearance. Additional certifications like ITIL are highly preferable.
