Database Administrator

The Data Engineer is responsible for and has deep expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance data warehouses
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful data warehouse implementations and have hands‑on experience integrating data across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
, Salesforce CRM
, and ADP Payroll
. The position will play a critical role in our organization's journey toward a data-driven future.

• Design and develop robust and scalable data warehouse architectures to support business goals, reporting, and analytics needs.
• Administer and tune database systems (SQL Server, Azure SQL, or other platforms) to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Integrate disparate data sources (Business Central, Salesforce, ADP, etc.) into a centralized warehouse using ETL/ELT best practices.
• Develop ETL pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar platforms.
• Establish and enforce data governance

  , and security protocols across all systems.
• Support business users and data analysts with
  optimized queries
  , views, and datasets for reporting.
• Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues and implement proactive optimizations.

7+ years of experience in database administration and data warehouse development.

Proven track record of delivering performance-optimized data warehouses at scale.

Strong SQL expertise with experience in query optimization, indexing, partitioning, and replication.

Proficient with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or equivalent.

Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Snowflake).

Understanding of data modeling principles (star/snowflake schema).

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
