Position: Project Coordinator-Level 2 - Experienced (6 - 10 Years)
Position Summary

The Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) Analyst supports planning, execution, and reporting activities for large-scale business and technology initiatives. This role works closely with business and IT teams to ensure systems, processes, and stakeholders are prepared for successful implementation and operational transition.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, capable of managing multiple deliverables while providing leadership-ready reporting and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Readiness Testing

• Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting activities.
• Define and document ORT entry and exit criteria.
• Track readiness milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Monitor progress against project timelines and readiness objectives.
• Support testing and implementation activities across multiple work streams.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Coordinate collection and consolidation of readiness inputs from multiple groups.
• Support issue identification, escalation, and resolution activities.

Reporting & Documentation

• Create executive and leadership-level presentations and status reports.
• Consolidate project updates, risks, dependencies, and readiness metrics.
• Maintain ORT documentation and readiness artifacts.
• Present clear and concise updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Tools & Process Management

• Utilize JIRA to manage testing activities, tasks, and defect tracking.
• Support Qmetry testing activities where applicable.
• Maintain tracking logs, dashboards, and readiness reports.
• Ensure testing and readiness activities align with established processes and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience supporting system implementations, testing, or readiness programs.
• Strong ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Advanced proficiency with:
  • Microsoft Power Point
  • Microsoft Excel
  • JIRA
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and reporting materials.
• Strong understanding of milestone-based project delivery.
• Experience defining and managing entry and exit criteria.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Readiness Testing (ORT).
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Familiarity with Qmetry.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology implementations.
• Knowledge of project management and software delivery methodologies.
