Oracle Guided Learning Lead

Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Lead – Miami, FL

Responsible for driving user adoption and training for the Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation at Mas Tec.

Key responsibilities include:

designing and delivering embedded, contextual learning experiences; ensuring business readiness; and enabling end‑users to adopt Oracle Fusion processes across Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, and Projects modules.

• Define the Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) adoption strategy aligned with Mas Tec’s Oracle Fusion rollout.
• Establish a digital learning framework, including in‑app guidance, walkthroughs, and simulations.
• Align learning strategy with program phases (CRP, SIT, UAT, Go‑Live, Hypercare).
• Design and configure OGL content, such as step‑by‑step guided walkthroughs, embedded help tips and tooltips, and process‑driven training flows.
• Develop role‑based learning paths aligned to business functions.
• Ensure training content reflects real business scenarios and process flows.
• Conduct end‑user training sessions, workshops, and demos across business teams.
• Enable train‑the‑trainer programs for super users and SMEs.
• Drive adoption through hands‑on learning and guided user experience.
• Align OGL content with testing and deployment phases, including Conference Room Pilot, SIT, UAT, and Go‑Live.
• Ensure training readiness prior to cutover and go‑live phases.
• Support business users during UAT with guided learning tools.
• Assess user readiness across roles and departments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify skill gaps.
• Drive adoption initiatives such as learning campaigns, quick reference guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Work closely with functional consultants, business SMEs, PMO, and change management teams.
• Ensure alignment between training content and functional design & configuration.
• Coordinate with SI partners and Oracle teams for best practices.
• Provide real‑time guided support during go‑live.
• Monitor user adoption and training effectiveness.
• Update OGL content dynamically based on user feedback.
• Support post‑go‑live stabilization and knowledge transition.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in ERP training, enablement, or change management.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) or similar digital adoption platforms.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of business process training.
• Experience conducting enterprise‑scale user trainings.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 per year.
