Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of SEO Marketing to lead and scale enterprise-level search engine optimization initiatives for a multi-billion-dollar organization. This role will drive the vision, execution, and performance of global SEO strategies while leading a high-performing team across technical, content, and analytics functions.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and hands-on expert, fluent in Spanish and English, with a proven track record of delivering measurable organic growth in complex, large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise SEO marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue goals
• Lead, mentor, and scale a cross-functional SEO team, driving accountability and performance
• Partner with executive leadership and marketing teams to integrate SEO into broader digital marketing initiatives

Technical & Content Optimization

• Oversee technical SEO including site architecture, indexing, crawlability, schema, and performance optimization
• Drive SEO-driven content strategy to increase rankings, traffic, and engagement
• Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets, including multilingual and international sites

Analytics & Performance

• Own key SEO KPIs: organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and revenue impact
• Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor and optimize performance
• Provide executive-level reporting and actionable insights

Global & Multilingual SEO

• Lead Spanish-language SEO marketing initiatives, ensuring proper localization and cultural relevance
• Manage international SEO strategies including hreflang and regional optimization

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Align SEO efforts with paid media, content marketing, and UX teams to maximize performance
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to implement SEO improvements
• Stay current on algorithm updates and emerging search trends

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of SEO/SEO marketing experience, including enterprise-level environments
• 3-5+ years managing and leading high-performing teams
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Demonstrated success driving organic growth at scale
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced knowledge of SEO tools and platforms
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with in a multi-billion-dollar or global organization
• Background in international and multilingual SEO marketing
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms
• Experience integrating SEO into full-funnel digital marketing strategies
