Responsibilities
The IT Business Systems Analyst supports the PMO, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and Performance Management functions within the technology organization. This role is responsible for executing and coordinating portfolio reporting, governance tracking, and performance metrics processes under the direction of leadership. The Analyst will provide structured analysis, reporting support, and cross-team coordination to ensure visibility and consistency across initiatives. This position supports leadership in executing established roadmaps and governance processes and does not own strategy or portfolio direction.
- Maintain portfolio tracking tools, status reports, and documentation
- Consolidate updates from project managers into standardized reporting formats
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
- Support preparation of governance and leadership meeting materials
- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned action items and deliverables
- Maintain portfolio data accuracy and consistency
- Support tracking and reporting of defined KPIs and performance measures
- Maintain dashboards and reporting templates
- Analyze trends and summarize insights for leadership review
- Assist in improving reporting processes and data quality
- Assist in stakeholder tracking and impact documentation
- Support communications and training coordination activities
- Track change-related action items and adoption measures
- Provide documentation and reporting support for change initiatives
- 7‑10 years of experience in business analysis, PMO support, program coordination, or operational reporting
- Experience working within IT or technology‑focused organizations
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Ability to synthesize information into clear and structured summaries
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and follow through on deliverables
- Experience supporting a PMO or portfolio management function
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools
- Exposure to Organizational Change Management (OCM) practices
- Experience preparing materials for leadership meetings
- Highly organized and execution‑focused
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
- Proactive in identifying gaps in information
- Clear and concise communicator
- Comfortable working in a structured, process‑driven environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
