Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for digital banking products and customer channels
- Define product vision, business objectives, and growth strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer research to identify opportunities for new products, enhancements, and customer experience improvements
- Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and develop business cases for new digital capabilities
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, fintech innovations, and evolving customer expectations
- Lead digital product initiatives from concept through implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization
- Collaborate with technology, operations, treasury, marketing, compliance, and other business teams to deliver successful product outcomes
- Manage product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and customer journey enhancements
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation planning, and product launch activities
- Identify operational risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve product performance
- Serve as the business owner for digital banking platforms and customer-facing channels
- Drive initiatives focused on improving customer engagement, usability, and adoption
- Conduct customer research and usability studies to improve user experiences and digital journeys
- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure digital channels remain competitive and customer‑centric
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategies
- Partner with marketing teams to execute product campaigns, customer communications, and awareness initiatives
- Create product guides, sales enablement materials, and training programs for internal teams
- Monitor product performance, utilization trends, customer feedback, and key performance indicators
- Manage product profitability, pricing strategies, and performance reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of product management experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or digital platforms
- Demonstrated success managing products from concept through launch and ongoing enhancement
- Strong understanding of digital banking products, online banking platforms, payment solutions, and customer‑facing technologies
- Experience working with product roadmaps, customer journeys, business cases, and product lifecycle management
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience with product marketing, customer research, and market analysis
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
- Experience working with data analytics, reporting tools, and SQL preferred
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms, treasury management solutions, and financial technology ecosystems preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
