Scrum Master / Project Manager
Location:
Miami, FL, 33132
Duration: 6+ Months
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Project Manager, or hybrid roles
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience supporting technology projects such as migrations, implementations, or enterprise transformations
- Strong experience managing project scope, timelines, and delivery milestones
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments and lead Scrum ceremonies
- Hands‑on experience with backlog management, prioritization, and working with Product Owners
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with delivery metrics, reporting, and Agile tooling (e.g., Jira)
