Head of Product & AI Strategy Product Manager, Senior or Lead

We are partnering with a highly ambitious, technology‑driven business in Miami to appoint a Head of Product to the new AI innovation team, offering a rare opportunity to lead enterprise AI strategy, innovation, and adoption in a modern, high‑growth environment. This is the role for someone who understands that successful AI is not just about models; it’s about transforming how an entire business operates.

We are also hiring a senior or lead‑level Product Manager to work with the AI innovation team, as well as the wider internal business leaders.

• Salary & Compensation: $175,000 -- $325,000 base salary, annual bonuses, healthcare allowance, financial advisory & insurance benefits.

  Miami HQ with co‑working hubs in Chicago and New York. Fully remote within the US considered.

As AI adoption accelerates, the Head of AI Product will shape long‑term transformation strategy across technology, operations, commercial functions, and executive leadership initiatives. You will have the opportunity to define the enterprise AI direction, build internal AI capabilities and standards, influence product, operational, and commercial strategy, and become the central AI authority within the organisation.

• Product Leadership:
  Experience leading product strategy within AI, SaaS, enterprise software, data platforms, or technology businesses.
• Modern AI:
  Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI copilots, intelligent agents, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Engineering & Technical
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Strong working knowledge of software engineering principles, APIs, cloud‑native applications, integrations, automation, and scalable product architecture. Comfortable partnering with Engineering Managers, AI Engineers, Solution Architects, and Data Engineering teams.
• Data & Analytics:
  Appreciation of modern data platforms, analytics, experimentation, AI governance, model evaluation, and data‑driven product decision‑making.
• Commercial & Business Strategy:
  Experience partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
• Leadership:
  Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

As Head of Product & AI Strategy or Product Manager, you’ll own the strategic direction of the company’s AI product portfolio, ensuring that emerging technologies are transformed into commercially successful, customer‑centric solutions.

You’ll work across Product, AI Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, Design, Sales, and Executive Leadership to define roadmaps, prioritise investment, validate opportunities, and deliver products that create measurable business value.
