Position: Project Manager with Security Clearance

Position Summary
Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to support the USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. The role involves managing specific work‑order execution, tracking schedules, and mitigating risks to ensure project success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage specific work‑order execution, track schedules, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Apply proficiency in Agile project management, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Utilize strong analytical and leadership skills to drive deliverables within cost, schedule, and performance constraints.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field, OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in managing DoD projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing project life cycles, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, contract compliance, and performance reporting.
  • Active PMP Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
  • DAWIA Level II in Program Management.
Education & Experience Equivalency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • OR Minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in managing DoD projects.
Certifications
  • PMP Certification Required.
Security Clearance
  • Active Top Secret/SCI.
