Clinical Applications Engineer – OR Integration & Healthcare Technology

We are seeking a Clinical Applications Engineer to support the deployment, operation, and continuous optimization of advanced technology solutions within a leading healthcare environment. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with strong relationship management, serving as the primary onsite resource for clinical, biomedical, and IT stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with hospital staff and physicians while troubleshooting complex technology ecosystems that support surgical and procedural workflows. You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, driving issue resolution, supporting end users, and helping healthcare teams maximize the value of integrated technology solutions.

• Act as the primary technical liaison between the customer and internal engineering teams.
• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot integrated hardware, software, networking, and video technology platforms.
• Partner with hospital IT, biomedical engineering, and clinical teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
• Deliver user training and technical guidance to clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Manage support requests from identification through resolution while maintaining clear documentation and communication.
• Assist with system upgrades, configuration changes, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, technical procedures, and knowledge resources.

• Experience supporting healthcare technology, clinical systems, biomedical equipment, OR integration platforms, or complex AV/network environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, Windows-based systems, hardware, and integrated technology solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience working in hospital, healthcare, surgical, or other mission-critical environments is highly preferred.
