Responsibilities:
· Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to manage specific Work Order execution, track schedules, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
· Personnel must be proficient in Agile project management, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination.
· Strong analytical and leadership skills are required to drive deliverables within cost, schedule, and performance constraints.
Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
· A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field
-OR- A minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in managing DoD projects.
· Personnel must have demonstrated experience in managing project life cycles, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies.
· Experience with Agile methodologies, contract compliance, and performance reporting.
· Must have an active PMP Certification
· Active TS/SCI Clearance
Desired not
Required:
· Lean Six, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or DAWIA Level II in Program Management.
