We are partnered with a market-leading consumer products organisation recognised globally for its premium beverage portfolio, trusted by leading bars, restaurants, retailers, hospitality groups, cruise lines, and airlines worldwide. As part of its ongoing technology and AI transformation, the business is seeking a Senior Manager / Director of BI & Analytics to modernise its data capability and help shape the future of analytics across the organisation.

This individual will play a key role in evolving the business from traditional BI and reporting towards predictive analytics, AI-enabled decision-making, and a scalable Data & AI Centre of Excellence. This opportunity is suited to a hands‑on data leader who enjoys solving complex business problems, driving modern analytics strategies, and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful business transformation.

• Proven experience leading Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data functions within a fast‑paced organisation
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence business leaders
• Experience modernising BI capabilities and developing data strategies that drive commercial outcomes
• Hands‑on expertise with Power BI, SQL, Python, Databricks, dbt, and modern data platforms
• Experience identifying and implementing AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI use cases that deliver measurable business value
• Strong understanding of data modelling, analytics engineering, and modern BI best practices
• Proven ability to build and scale analytics capabilities while remaining hands‑on in delivery
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and defining scalable analytics and AI solutions
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing technical teams while fostering a collaborative, low‑ego culture
• Comfortable operating within a founder‑led, high‑growth business where adaptability, ownership, and pace are essential

• Experience with in consumer products, food & beverage, CPG, retail, or manufacturing environments
• Exposure to AI transformation initiatives and the implementation of AI-enabled analytics solutions
• Knowledge of cloud‑based data platforms and modern data architecture
• Experience working with Databricks, dbt, and cloud data ecosystems
• Exposure to Machine Learning, predictive analytics, or Data Science methodologies
• Experience integrating and analysing data from ERP platforms, ideally Net Suite
• Experience establishing self‑service analytics capabilities and data governance frameworks
• Previous experience working within a high‑growth or founder‑led organisation
• Track record of building, mentoring, and developing high‑performing analytics teams
• Passion for driving a data‑driven culture and enabling business users through self‑service analytics and AI
