Role SummaryThe IT Business Analyst partners with business teams to translate operational needs into effective IT and ERP solutions. The role plays a key part in improving business processes, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring technology solutions align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across functional areas including Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors
- Support ERP and related systems through configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements
- Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and IT-related projects end to end
- Develop functional documentation, workflows, and user guides
- Execute and coordinate system and user acceptance testing
- Provide application support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in an IT Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and the software development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of business processes and data flows
- Experience with SQL and project management tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Food, CPG, Retail, or Supply Chain–driven environments
