Job Description

The Senior Manager of BI and Analytics will direct the modernization of the data function, elevating it from routine reporting to a strategic, AI-enabled Center of Excellence. Reporting to the CTO, this role balances hands‑on technical contribution with executive stewardship, mapping a roadmap for descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics. Presence in the United States is required, with Miami as a preferred base, and close collaboration with the CTO and executive leadership during a company‑wide AI transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a three-year roadmap for an AI & Data Center of Excellence that scales with business demand.
  • Establish modern data and analytics capabilities to deliver actionable insights across the organization.
  • Design and optimize Power BI dashboards and data visuals, evaluating AI/ML integrations where feasible.
  • Identify and pilot cutting‑edge AI initiatives (GenAI‑driven insights, automated voice‑to‑text workflows, etc.) to augment decision‑making.
  • Maintain hands‑on involvement with the tech stack (SQL, Python, Databricks, dbt, Net Suite) while shaping the future data architecture.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the CTO and executive team, highlighting trends that influence strategic options.
  • Build the function from inception, validating impact before expanding the team.
Requirements
  • Proven track record delivering BI/Analytics transformations in high‑growth, founder‑led, or VC‑backed environments.
  • Experience partnering with CTOs/CIOs to drive data‑centric decision making.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Databricks, dbt, and ERP integration (Net Suite preferred).
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
  • History of leading and mentoring teams to achieve ambitious outcomes.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation with meaningful equity, aligned to experience.
  • Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision).
  • Flexible work arrangements with potential on‑site Miami collaboration as required.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and access to advanced analytics tools.
  • A collaborative, founder‑led environment that rewards initiative and impact.
