- Demonstrated ability to develop vendor relationships
, author Statements of Work (SOWs), and manage vendor accountability (8+ years). - Strong background in creating, documenting, and executing technology strategies aligned with business goals (8+ years).
- Oversight experience for technology operations
, including performance measurement, SLA adherence, quality improvement, and incident reduction (8+ years). - Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes (8+ years).
- Experience managing on-site, nearshore, and offshore technology teams

- 5+ years of experience in administering budgets

, define Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs). - Work with external vendors and partners to ensure alignment with the company's disaster recovery objectives.
- Maintain familiarity with regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX
