Information Technology Manager

A private family office is seeking a versatile IT Manager to lead technology operations across a corporate office and multiple residential properties. This role requires a hands‑on professional who can support both business and personal technology needs while delivering exceptional service to senior stakeholders.

• Manage day‑to‑day IT operations across the office and residential properties
• Support and maintain hybrid infrastructure (on‑premises and Microsoft 365 cloud systems)
• Ensure security, connectivity, and reliability
• Provide high‑touch technical support to executives and staff
• Modernize existing systems and implement new technologies, including AI tools
• Serve as the primary local IT resource and respond to critical issues when needed
• Travel to various locations to prepare and support remote sites and residences

• Ability to troubleshoot independently and manage a broad range of IT responsibilities
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
• Experience supporting executives or high‑touch users is preferred
