• 10+ years of experience in tech
  , with at least 5+ years specifically in SAP architecture and solution design
  .
• In‑depth understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Cloud
  , and other SAP technologies, with hands‑on experience in architecture, configuration, and deployment
  .
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks
  , including TOGAF, SAP Activate, and Agile methodologies for enterprise architecture planning.
• Solid experience in business process reengineering and aligning IT systems with business goals.
• Proven experience in sales support and pre‑sales activities for SAP solutions
  , including RFP responses, client workshops, and solution demos.
• Experience in managing large, complex SAP implementation projects and understanding the technical and business challenges involved.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally.
• Strong expertise in integrating SAP with other enterprise systems, databases, and cloud‑based applications.
• German B2+ and English B2+.

• Lead the design and implementation of end‑to‑end SAP solution architectures aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales and presales teams to shape client proposals and articulate the value of SAP solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and deliver tailored architecture solutions through workshops and consultations.
• Establish and enforce enterprise architecture governance, standards, and best practices across SAP initiatives.
• Define and drive integration strategies between SAP and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business and IT, ensuring alignment between architecture decisions and strategic objectives.
• Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and identify risks in solution design, proactively recommending innovations and mitigation strategies.
