Overview

There’s an opportunity to join a growing investment firm in Miami and step into a role where your work will be visible from day one. The firm has over $28B in assets under management and continues to invest in its infrastructure as the business scales. This is a strong fit for someone who likes taking ownership, improving an environment, and being part of building something instead of just maintaining the status quo.

The role sits across systems, endpoint, cloud, and support. Depending on your background, it can lean heavily toward systems and engineering work early on, or grow in that direction over time. If you already have strong experience, you’ll be able to take on more technical ownership quickly. If you are still building toward that level, there is room to grow into it.

You’ll be based in the Miami office, which has around 40 employees, giving you direct visibility and the ability to make an impact day to day. At the same time, you’ll work closely with the broader IT team and your manager in New York, where the headquarters is based. The manager is technical, approachable, and someone who likes to mentor.

That gives the role a strong balance of independence, support, and long‑term growth.

• Manage and support Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, Autopilot, and Power Shell automation.
