Field Service Consultant

Job Description Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of Oracle Field Service consulting experience.
• Experience implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of mobile workforce management.
• Experience in field operations and dispatch processes.
• Knowledge of service lifecycle management.

• Experience with in: EPC, Infrastructure Construction, Utilities, Energy, Telecommunications, Power Delivery Organizations.
• Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP ecosystem.
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

• Mandatory:
  Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS), Routing & Scheduling, Capacity Management, Mobility Configuration, Resource Management, Work Order Management, Dispatch Console.
• Preferred:

• Field Service Operations, Workforce Scheduling, Dispatch Optimization, Asset Maintenance, Crew Management, Work Order Lifecycle, Service Level Agreements (SLA), Resource Planning, Inventory & Materials Tracking.

• Client Engagement, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving, Leadership, Communication, Training & Knowledge Transfer, Process Improvement.

• Power Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Energy Construction, Pipeline Infrastructure, Telecommunications Network Deployment, Data Center Construction, Utility Services, Civil Infrastructure Projects, Water & Wastewater Operations.

• 7–15+ years overall experience (7+ years in Oracle applications consulting, 3+ years Oracle Field Service Cloud experience, at least 1–2 end‑to‑end OFS implementations, strong integration experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, experience supporting large field‑service or EPC organizations, proven expertise in workforce optimization, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile field operations).

$140,000–$150,000 a year

Bachelor of Computer Science
