Data Migration Analyst

We are looking for a data migration analyst to support an ongoing compliance system migration. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role working directly alongside our internal team. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable working through large datasets and repetitive validation tasks while maintaining high accuracy. Experience working in fast‑paced, project‑based environments is preferred.

• 1‑3 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or technology implementation role
• Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data validation, reconciliation across large datasets)
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with structured data (Excel, CSV, data mapping)
• Clear communicator; able to work independently and flag issues proactively
• Basic SQL skills – experience with system upgrades or enhancements in compliance or legal operations
• Relevant industry experience
