Relativity Archiving Analyst

We are seeking a Relativity Archiving Analyst responsible for vetting Relativity work spaces and file share folders and archiving or purging them.

• Collaborate with DOJ management, lead attorneys, and Section Chiefs on the disposition of data/files
• Archive older file shares
• Archive full Relativity work spaces using ARM
• Archive images, natives, text
• Archive in flat format the metadata, coding fields, choices/tags
• Document user interface
• Document the archiving process for approval by the Senior IT Manager
• Evaluate and resolve any archiving issues

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with backend Relativity 2022 and prior
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with archiving Relativity work spaces
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with restoring Relativity archive work spaces
• Knowledge of Windows permissions and file transfer utilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
• Experience working in a collaborative environment
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance

• An undergraduate degree is strongly preferred; preferably in computer science or management information/technology disciplines
• Experience in storage technology planning, performance capacity planning, and modeling, applications
