Business Information Analyst II – HEDIS Quality Analytics

Location:

This role requires associates to be in‑office 1–2 days per week with the flexibility for virtual work. Alternate locations within commuting distance may be considered. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Job Level: Non-Management Exempt
Workshift: 1st Shift (United States)

• Creates and maintains databases to track business performance.
• Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures.
• Develops and analyzes business performance reports (e.g., claims, provider, utilization data) and documents performance deviations and anomalies.
• Creates and publishes periodic reports, makes recommendations, and develops ad‑hoc reports as needed.
• Transforms business issues into diagnostic and tracking data to support decision‑making.

• BS/BA degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related operational and/or data analysis experience, including database structures and standard query/reporting tools.
• Equivalent experience through education and experience.

• Understanding multiple data sources and formats; familiarity with HEDIS results.
• Experience with relational databases, query tools, and statistical software, specifically SQL.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Power BI a plus.
• Experience with Jira, Service Now, or other ticketing systems.
• Alteryx and Python experience a plus.
