We’re looking for a highly analytical, technically skilled self‑starter to join us as a Jr. Business Intelligence Analyst.
This is a role with real runway. You’ll come in with a strong foundation, contribute meaningfully from day one, and grow into a senior BI voice as Rentvine scales. You’ll transform raw data into actionable insights that influence product strategy, customer success, and operational efficiency — and you’ll be mentored and shaped along the way.
What You’ll Do Reporting & Visualization- Design, build, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports supporting business operations and strategic initiatives
- Partner with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to create intuitive visualizations that communicate complex data clearly
- Analyze large‑scale datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
- Convert manual Excel reporting into automated Power BI dashboards, identifying areas for optimization in the process
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions
- Provide training and support to end‑users on Power BI tools and reporting capabilities
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms
- Maintain documentation for BI solutions including data models, workflows, and business logic
- Troubleshoot issues and data inconsistencies between our Datamart and user‑facing reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or analytics roles
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI or related BI tools, including DAX and semantic modeling
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Ability to conduct code review and determine points of failure
- Exposure to version control
- Ability to communicate complex insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and large‑scale datasets
- Experience in SaaS or commercial software environments
- Location requirement:
Candidates must be located in the US to be considered;
East Coast/ET preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in operational, sales, and financial analytics
- Exposure to data modeling and planning
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Exposure to a predictive analytics environment
