Mobile Device Management Analyst – Onsite in Miami, FL

Compucom Staffing is a staffing firm. Our employee relationship managers support you throughout your engagement, providing career guidance and reemployment assistance. The client is seeking a qualified Mobile Device Management Analyst to provide end‑user support onsite in Miami, FL. The analyst will manage daily operations of the Mobile Device Management platform and related security controls, working closely with Security Engineers and Mobile Device Engineers, and will participate in research and development to drive innovation.

Duties

and Responsibilities
  • Monitor and administer the mobile device management suite and ensure operational availability.
  • Perform initial setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of all mobile devices, including tablets and phones for multiple operating systems.
  • Coordinate with third‑party vendors for upgrade and support of mobile device application and security controls (iOS, Android, macOS).
  • Conduct analysis to ensure policies for mobile applications and devices are aligned and comply with approved company procedures.
  • Serve as a second‑tier support to the End User Computing divisions for escalations.
  • Participate in a 24×7 on‑call rotation.
  • Perform other job‑related functions as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent work experience and training.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Mobile Device Management, Administration and Configuration, AD/System Administration (basic understanding), Network (basic understanding), and certificates.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Work with minimum supervision and proactively follow up on outstanding tickets.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fundamental understanding of network and Internet concepts (firewalls, load balancers, web browsers, TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of distributing enterprise applications for iOS and Android.
  • Experience implementing Mobile Device Management security policies.
  • Experience troubleshooting Wi‑Fi issues on mobile devices.
Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $37.22 and $49.62 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Starting pay may be affected by geography, skills, education, experience and other qualifications.
