Technical Instructor

OVERVIEW

Streamline Defense is seeking a Technical Instructor to support the U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) program at SOUTHCOM Headquarters in Doral, FL.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

• Proposed personnel shall possess expert-level knowledge in data engineering, geospatial analysis, and open-source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies.
• They must demonstrate proficiency in developing and delivering training on the use of Jupyter Notebooks, API integrations, metadata management, and structured data layer development.
• Familiarity with secure data environments, role-based access controls (RBAC), and cataloging standards is essential.
• Personnel must be skilled in creating and adapting hands‑on instructional content for technical users, including practical exercises that simulate real‑world data processing, analysis, and visualization tasks.
• The individual must also be able to coordinate with the Training Coordinator to align delivery with broader training objectives and ensure content is responsive to Government‑directed priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to facilitate documentation, post‑training support, and dynamic engagement with both U.S. and partner nation personnel.
