Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years of Oracle Field Service consulting experience.
Experience implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions.
Strong understanding of mobile workforce management.
Experience in field operations and dispatch processes.
Knowledge of service lifecycle management.

Experience with in:
- EPC
- Infrastructure Construction

- Telecommunications
- Power Delivery Organizations
Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP ecosystem.
Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

7+ years in Oracle applications consulting.
3+ years Oracle Field Service Cloud experience.
At least 1–2 end-to-end OFS implementations.
Strong integration experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
Experience supporting large field-service or EPC organizations.
Proven expertise in workforce optimization, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile field operations.

Oracle Field Service Implementation

Lead Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation and enhancement projects.
Conduct business requirement workshops with stakeholders.
Configure OFS according to operational and business requirements.
Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
Support solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.

Field Workforce Management

Configure workforce structures including:
- Field Technicians
- Contractors
- Dispatchers
- Service Regions
Configure work zones, shifts, calendars, and travel parameters.
Optimize workforce utilization and productivity.

Scheduling & Dispatch Management

Configure routing and scheduling rules.
Implement automated dispatch optimization.
- Work Orders
- Service Appointments
- Crew Assignments
- Emergency Field Requests
Improve field response times and SLA compliance.

EPC and Infrastructure Operations Support

Support field operations related to:
- Utility Construction
- Power Delivery Projects
- Network Infrastructure Deployment
- Data Center Projects
Enable real-time visibility into field activities.
Improve coordination between project management and field teams.

Mobility & Field Execution

Support mobile workforce capabilities including:
- Work Order Execution
- Asset Inspections
- Material Consumption
- Time Reporting
- Photo Capture
- GPS Tracking
Ensure offline functionality for remote project sites.

Integration Responsibilities

Integrate OFS with:
- Oracle Fusion ERP
- Oracle SCM Cloud
- Oracle Projects (PPM)
- Oracle Maintenance Cloud
- CRM Applications
Support data synchronization between enterprise systems and field platforms.
Assist technical teams with API and integration requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

Develop operational dashboards and reports.
