Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our client’s team in Miami, FL
. The ideal candidate will have a strong Agile background and experience supporting eCommerce, web, and mobile application development
. This role requires a seasoned Scrum Master who can seamlessly transition between multiple Agile teams, provide delivery coverage, and ensure smooth project execution.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices.
• Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
• Support multiple Scrum teams as needed and provide coverage across projects.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.
• Manage work items and Agile workflows using Jira
  .
• Ensure continuous improvement and promote Agile maturity across teams.
• Support customer-facing digital products including websites and mobile applications
  .

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Strong experience supporting eCommerce or customer-facing web/mobile applications
  .
• Proven ability to manage multiple Agile teams and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Agile reporting.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.

• Experience in the Cruise industry is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Jira Automation is a strong plus.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) is preferred.
