IT Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Technical Project Manager will lead CMS implementation, migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner with business teams, content authors, developers, UX designers, and architects to define requirements.
- Coordinate development activities across front‑end, back‑end, QA, and Dev Ops teams.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Oversee content migration strategies, metadata mapping, taxonomy development, and governance processes.
- Ensure integration of CMS platforms with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other enterprise applications.
- Track project KPIs and provide executive‑level status reporting.
- Manage vendor relationships and third‑party implementation partners.
- Experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Drupal, Word Press, Optimizely, or Contentful.
- Agile/Scrum project management experience.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Digital content lifecycle management.
- API integrations, web services, and middleware concepts.
- Understanding of SDLC, release management, and change management.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
