LTG - Strategic Sourcing Manager
Reports to the Director, Strategic Sourcing in the Procurement organization, this role leads sourcing and supply-base strategy development for Information Technology categories, including Application Development, Ecommerce, Enterprise Software, Technical Consulting, Networking Hardware, Data Center Hardware, PCs/Tablets/Peripherals, Hosting Services, Mobile Service Providers, Telecommunications, professional services, legal and contingent workforce. The candidate will drive cost‑effective technology and services use, lead cross‑functional strategic projects, and serve as a category subject‑matter expert.
Responsibilities- Review documentation and legal draft of contracts/agreements, ensuring requirements are met and align with Lennar Corp. policies and procedures.
- Coordinate work with various departments and serve as liaison between Lennar Corp. and vendors to oversee intake, review, and finalization of all binding contracts.
- Lead supplier relationship management, engagement, and continuous improvement of supplier performance.
- Create, facilitate, and evaluate RFPs, RFIs, and similar solicitations.
- Prepare and diagnose/interpret financial and other relevant analysis related to the product being sourced.
- Negotiate and prepare contracts with appropriate terms and conditions.
- Resolve conflicts or service‑level issues regarding supplier performance.
- Apply IT minimum standards, ensuring protocols and guidelines are applied and documented.
- Communicate program needs, status, and stakeholder relationships effectively to build trust and influence change.
- Maintain proficiency with procurement systems and procure‑to‑pay processes.
- Create breakthrough strategies delivering quick wins and long‑term benefits.
- 10+ years of Strategic Sourcing and procurement operations experience in the technology industry.
- Proven ability to drive scalable operational transformation in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working with large technology partners such as industry leaders in professional services and software/hardware.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, using data to influence strategy, prioritize opportunities, and measure business outcomes.
- Six Sigma and/or CPSM certification preferred.
This position is primarily a sedentary office role. The incumbent must be able to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
