Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
We work with companies that know retention is just as important as acquisition—and we're looking to connect with Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialists who know how to nurture customers through every stage of the funnel. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns, including automated flows
- Segment audiences and personalize communications based on behavior and lifecycle stage
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-performing lifecycle content
- Track and optimize key metrics: open rates, CTRs, CVR, churn, and reactivation
- Lead A/B testing across subject lines, templates, timing, and frequency
- 2–3+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing
- Hands-on experience with tools like Hub Spot, Active Campaign, Klaviyo, Omnisend, Braze, Iterable, or Mailchimp
- Strong grasp of customer journeys, automation logic, and engagement KPIs
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn retention data into actionable strategy
- Experience with: SMS Push notifications In-app messaging
