AI Delivery & Strategy Lead​/Product Manager

• Partner with executive leadership to identify AI opportunities aligned with organizational objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct discovery workshops to understand business processes, operational challenges, and strategic goals.
• Translate business problems into scalable AI-enabled solutions leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, and automation technologies.
• Develop AI adoption roadmaps and implementation strategies across multiple business domains.
• Prioritize AI initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, organizational readiness, and ROI.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on enterprise AI strategy and innovation.

• Design end-to-end AI solutions utilizing Generative AI, Machine Learning, RAG architectures, AI Agents, and intelligent automation.
• Create solution architectures, capability maps, implementation plans, and technical roadmaps.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements, success metrics, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure alignment with technology standards and governance.
• Recommend appropriate AI platforms, cloud services, and data architectures.

• Lead AI programs from ideation through production deployment.
• Manage multiple AI initiatives simultaneously across enterprise business units.
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams including:

Serve as the primary AI engagement lead supporting one or more business domains including:

• Maritime Operations
• Global Gaming

Responsibilities include:

• Building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Identifying operational improvement opportunities through AI.
• Recommending innovative AI capabilities that improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and generate measurable business value.
• Providing strategic guidance throughout AI adoption initiatives.

• Develop AI business cases, investment justifications, and ROI analyses.
• Define KPIs, performance metrics, and value realization frameworks.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, privacy, governance, and Responsible AI standards.
• Present AI strategies, solution recommendations, and executive updates to senior leadership.
• Support organizational change management and AI adoption initiatives.

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• 3+ years delivering AI, Data, Analytics, Automation, or Digital Transformation programs.
• Proven experience consulting directly with executive stakeholders and business leaders.
• Strong background in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical delivery teams.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly language.
• Strong understanding of AI implementation lifecycle and enterprise delivery methodologies.
