Product Engineering Project Manager

Location: Miami, FL, USA (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineering Project Manager to lead Agile product engineering initiatives and drive successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will serve as an Agile Master, facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning, sprint ceremonies, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and business teams.

This role requires strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, project governance, dependency management, and stakeholder communication to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve as Agile Master for product engineering teams, facilitating PI Planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple Agile initiatives.

• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies.

• Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage product backlogs, track project progress, and maintain project documentation.

• Partner with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.

• Monitor delivery progress and provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership.

• Drive continuous improvement of Agile processes and delivery practices.

• Support governance activities, project planning, and delivery transparency across teams.

• Foster collaboration and help remove blockers to enable successful project execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Manager.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Program Increment (PI) Planning.

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Experience managing product engineering or software development projects.

• Strong project planning, risk management, and dependency management skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, or PMP certification.

• Experience supporting enterprise product engineering organizations.

• Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting dashboards, and delivery governance.

• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.

• Familiarity with Dev Ops and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
