Senior Associate in our GTA practice will work with a highly motivated and effective team on projects across a range of industries, delivering data‑enabled business, financial, and operational transparency during pre‑acquisition due diligence and post‑acquisition performance improvement projects.

Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) is a subsidiary of A&M that specializes in providing financial and accounting buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence, capital markets and accounting advisory, global transaction analytics, environmental, technical & sustainability and other related M&A services.

A&M’s Global Transaction Analytics practice is a fast‑growing team located in New York, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Miami, Nashville, Los Angeles and San Francisco. The team delivers data analytics services to uncover actionable insights that support M&A, divestment and investment strategy.

You will collaborate on pre‑acquisition due diligence and post‑acquisition performance improvement projects across industries including manufacturing, distribution, consumer, retail, restaurants, business and industrial services, healthcare, software & technology, energy and financial services.

• Assist with numerous client engagements.
• Facilitate day‑to‑day client interaction and relationships.
• Work cohesively and collaboratively across stakeholders.
• Counsel and mentor junior members and develop team technical acumen.
• Proactively recruit, train and develop junior staff.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analytics or transaction services.
• Buy‑side/vendor due diligence experience across industries preferred.
• Understanding of M&A / PE investment lifecycle preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or related field.
• Understanding of data extraction, manipulation, analytics and visualization approaches.
• Strong technical background with hands‑on data analytics experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, relational databases/SQL querying, Alteryx, business intelligence/visualization (Tableau preferred), big data and machine learning concepts.
• Ability to leverage business intelligence software.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts concisely.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work as a team member in a collaborative setting and as an individual contributor.
• Ability to thrive and be effective in fast‑paced settings.

Base salary is $130,000 annually, with a discretionary bonus program.
