Information Technology Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Manage IT support, systems administration, network operations, and endpoint management.
• Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, including endpoint protection, identity management, vulnerability remediation, and disaster recovery.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and technology modernization projects.
• Partner with business leaders to align technology with operational needs.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and software partners.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, security standards, and documentation.
• Monitor system performance, backups, business continuity, and compliance requirements.
• Mentor and manage a team of IT professionals while driving service excellence.

• 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience.
• 2+ years of IT leadership or management experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Entra , Windows Server, VMware or Hyper‑V, and enterprise networking.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives within a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of financial services technology, compliance, and information security best practices.
• Strong project management, vendor management, and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or CompTIA certifications.
• Experience with Intune, Power Shell, Azure Virtual Desktop, and cloud‑based infrastructure.
• Experience supporting financial services, banking, private equity, investment management, or insurance environments.
