Our client, a leading financial services firm in the Brickell area, is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide white-glove technical support to corporate end users and executives. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing user accounts, deploying equipment, and ensuring a seamless technology experience in a fast-paced financial environment. Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise Windows environments is highly preferred.
Responsibilities- Provide Tier I/Tier II desktop support for Windows laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, and SharePoint.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets within Active Directory and Microsoft Entra .
- Image, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops and laptops.
- Support onboarding and offboarding by provisioning equipment, accounts, and access.
- Resolve incidents through Service Now or a similar ticketing system while meeting established SLAs.
- Support conference room technology, video conferencing, and executive meeting spaces.
- Troubleshoot VPN, Wi‑Fi, network connectivity, and remote access issues.
- Coordinate hardware replacements, software installations, and system upgrades.
- Document issues, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
- Escalate complex technical issues to infrastructure or engineering teams when necessary.
- Participate in office technology refreshes, migrations, and other IT projects.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal employees, including executive-level users.
- 3+ years of IT Support, Desktop Support, or Help Desk experience in an enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra , and Exchange Online.
- Experience with Service Now, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with Intune, SCCM, or endpoint management tools.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi‑Fi.
- Experience supporting printers, scanners, conferencing systems, and mobile devices.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial services, banking, or professional services experience is preferred.
