It is a hybrid role in Miami, FL.
Job Description- 6 to 12 years of experience, including 3+ years as Scrum Master in cloud, digital, AI, contact center, or enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong experience as Scrum Master in Agile delivery projects.
- Good understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid Agile delivery models.
- Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage sprint planning, velocity, capacity, and delivery metrics.
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
- Experience working on cloud, AI, digital, or contact center transformation programs.
- Understanding of contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect, Cisco, Avaya, and NICE CXone.
- Familiarity with Conversational AI, voice bots, chatbots, IVR flows, and agent assist use cases.
- Awareness of GenAI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and knowledge base integration.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 119,015 to 170,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside this range and will be based on location, experience, and other factors.
