Royal Caribbean Group’s Marketing Global Team is hiring a full-time Marketing Automation Manager to own the technical execution of our CRM automation program in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This hands-on role is onsite in Miami and reports to the Senior Manager, CRM Marketing, collaborating with the corporate data team.
You will build and optimize journeys, manage data extensions, write AMPscript, and ensure data quality across SFMC, Salesforce CRM, and Databricks.
